Look carefully, things like that 'hide' in the most unlikely places. It may really be that your connectors are missing, but that would be the exception - I assemble many Elecraft kits and I can say that only on rare occasions have I found a parts shortage in the kits. If they are indeed missing, a call or email to mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] should fix things in short order.
