Hi, OM: Try using the " K3 Freq Memory Editor " available here:
http://www.elecraft.com/K3/FreqMemEdit/K3_Freq_Mem_Editor.htm Enter frequencies you want to store, and then you can frequency-hop with the mouse or the button-sequence " press M>V then turn A knob then press M>V again ".
