In my opinion MacLoggerDx is not the best if you are a DX'er.  Especially if 
you are a K3 user.

RUMLog is far better for sorting cluster spots and for keeping track of 
countries worked and confirmed on LoTW or paper.  Also, for doing one-click 
uploads and downloads to LoTW.

RUMLog also has an excellent K3 panel that checks many functions of the radio 
and lets you directly access the M1-M8 memories and set up a bunch of macros.

It also lets you access the K3 keyer for CW or the direct RTTY functions of the 
K3.

I have not found a better program for the Mac than RUMLog for color coding 
incoming spots (on several clusters) and quickly letting you figure out your 
status for a DXCC entity.

For casual operating MacLoggerDX is great but for the DX'er with a K3 RUMLog is 
better.  IMHO.

BTW, I have used both for 5+ years.
