I tried the iPhone app last night. With the serial server running on a PC I got it to work once I set the baud rate correct. My observations:
1. On 20m psk31 the k3 seems to decode any sig in the passband. If no streaming audio provisioned could not determine if stn on frequency or not. 2. App would not disconnect from the k3 when session done. I'm not experienced with k3 as am new owner. This is a great concept. Haven't tried port forwarding to try to make it work over the Internet. Not sure how latency would be tolerated. Not to mention security. App has real potential.
