Actually it has been done since June and it took me roughly hours. Thanks to Gary Surrency, I did not have any major issues. Been able to reach 48 states QRP with it and worked the IARU HF CW contest - worked 70 countries. I worked a few sprints with Flying Pigs, NAQCC and the Spartans and even worked a Fox Hunt. I also got over 1000 miles per watt into Eastern Europe and generally love this rig. KF4BY sold me his KPA100 and now it is a fully decked out K2 with SSB, Audio Filter, Noise Blanker. Many thanks again to the fine folks at Elecraft for an enjoyable (slow and careful) build. This one is a keeper.
