Consider a common mode choke formed by winding turns of the cable 
carrying the noise through a #31 or #43 ferrite core.  Use only #31 
below 5 MHz.  Both work well above 5 MHz, #43 is slightly better above 
20 MHz.  See my RFI tutorial for more detailed advice.
