Hello Phil, I would do the mods according the related portion of PCB, e.g. K3 Hardware AGC Threshold Mod Kit K3 Audio Line Out Mod Kit +K3 Remote I/O Board Upgrade K3 I/O Buffer Mod Kit K3 VFO Tuning Noise Filter Kit
All the above are in the RF board. After that, do the DSP swap which is on front panel. KPA3 12 v Sense Modification (1N4148) could be done at last. (i.e., just jump in and do them all at once? do them one at a time, checking radio function each time? doing certain ones together, then checking operation before doing others? etc.) 73, Phil, WA7URV K3 #1206 ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:Elecraft@mailman.qth.net This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
