I just put my KAP500 on a dummy load to set the drive power for all bands, started at 160 and worked up to 6. when I was done and before I removed the dummy load I saw spikes every 9.5 khz all across the P3. they are about 7dbm above the noise floor of the K3 when on the dummy load, turn off the KPA500 and they are gone. This is on 6 meters only as I don't see any on the other bands. when the antenna is connected they are just detectable above the ant noise.........................auggg.. just when I'm getting F2 on 6.............. Oh well if they get to bad I have a Commander VHF1200 as a stand by..............
