I just purchased a slightly used unit and own a quadra vl1000 amplifier. I had one question about the challenges of connection between it and the K3. I have the K9ZTV instructions and was curious if the quadra works well with the K3 after doing this procedure. Has anyone who owns a quadra and a k3 run into issues with interfacing the two devices. I had a custom cable created by a quadra cable expert who is associated with Bill Grassa, N4ATS. I am considering the Elecraft amplifier if the connection between the two becomes an issue.
Any advice or perspective would be great as I start this next evolution.
