Tony, I use DXLabs. I works just great with the K3 and you can configure macro command buttons AND SLIDERS for variable controls. I have tried just about every program I can find and for me at least DXLabs is the best...AND...it is free.
You download the Launcher program and from that you can tell it to download and install the various modules (Commander, DXView, DXKeeper, Pathfinder, Propview and WinWarbler). You can run one or any of the modules at the same time. The support is just great from Dave, AA6YQ, and the DXL reflector.
