Hi, I was playing around with fldigi and flrig to get rig control working with my K3 on my 64-bit Ubuntu laptop (it was working fine before with the 32-bit laptop). I got it to work in the end (using Hamlib, the other options wouldn't work), but somewhere along the way something must have gone wrong in the K3 which I only noticed later.
For some reason in SSB mode, either LSB or USB, and on all bands, there is no audio output at all on the headphones and speaker. I am not sure if there is output on Line Out, but I think there might be although I can't remember for sure. The S-meter and all controls function as normally. If I switch to DATA mode, I get the normal output FB, so I know the signal is being received as it should. Also there is nothing wrong in CW mode. After googling this I found an old thread somewhere, where somebody had had a similar problem, but resolved it by restoring a configuration backup to his K3.
