After all the posts & my comment I've been paying closer attention. I'm not getting 'loud' pops just occasional clicks as things heat or cool. What got my attention I think was sometimes a few minutes after shutoff I near a click. I think that's just the amp metal coming back to room temp. I've had 4 amps. SB200/220 & AL 811h and the KPA. This thing is so far ahead of those it's remarkable. I sit waiting to pounce on a KAT500 when it arrives.
