Hello All Finally I got my K3 SN 6027 in a kit form pretty much top loaded (minus 2m Xverter). It took me aprox 8 hours to assemble (in two days) end to end; very smooth and excellent assemble instructions, crystal clear. Tnx to Elecraft team for all, with over 20 years in R&D wireless I was impressed with quality PCB's, hard to find these days this kind of high end products. Sofware wise I realize the developement effort for optimizations and bug fixing (never ending process). In the past I had the chance to play with K3 but I never had the chance to go in details with all menus and settings. As a general remark the menu settings are fantastic, far much better than any other trx's, at the beginning I was afraid the appearance won’t reach my expectations having side by side and FT5K but once I turn it on I realized the ergonomics and menu navigation is optimized for contest usage. So far I am happy and start diving deep into advance settings. I have a quick question related AGC with MCU 4.47. I have installed FM/2.7/2.1/400/250 filters on both RX's. Any recommendations as start point to AGC settings for contest/DX usage?
