Make yourself a "line stretcher", a device with switchable lengths of whatever feedline you use, starting out with, eg, a 1' length, then 2', then 4', and so on. Put it at the tuner output. This can change the Z presented to the tuner to something it can handle without running out of the range of variable adjustment. It's an old workaround. Brgds, Dave, N3HE
