I have assembled two, and I'd allocate about 8 hours in no fewer than two 
sessions. inventory the small fasteners into some sort of containers and watch 
out for minor screw size differences and use the one described in the assembly 
instructions rather than the one just like the previous screw. The instructions 
are excellent and complete. Pay attention to details. 

I sat next to Cody Adams at the Watsonville factory and watched him build a 
factory assembled unit. He does it a LOT quicker, with no compromises in build 
quality.  He has all the small fasteners in trays, power screwdriver set for 
the right torque, and is really set up for mass production.
