0.40 on the top line of the Utility (Bandwidth) is good. It means that the 250 Hz filter will switch in whenever you reduce the DSP bandwidth to 400Hz or less. That is the setting that I use and like. Regarding gain, you should use the minimum necessary. I use a gain of 4 for that filter on both of my K3's.
