Dan- There are no plans (that I know of) for a Bluetooth interface for the KX3. Some prospective users have asked about such, but Elecraft has no plans to offer one. You could add a 3rd party Bluetooth interface for mic/speaker if you wish. That would be up to you, however.
As for keyboard, there is no provision for a keyboard connection directly to the KX3 (at this time/that I am aware of...)
