Hello Rick, To be fair, if the sales volume of elecraft products is in line with those major Japanese ham radio manufacturers, it will be very difficult for both Wayne and Eric to maintain the existing response time. Of course, as a customer, I appreciate very much the service level offered by Elecraft.
