Brian, That would be practical for the P3 and K3 because they share a common RS-232 port, but the KPA500 port must be different (or not connected at the same time), the KX3 port is different, the XG3 port is different, and so it goes on and on.
I think having everything batched into one would make operation more difficult. As a parallel, the XYL wants to have one remote control - and indeed I do have a remote that can learn any other remote's commands. But when I program it for multiple devices, we cannot easily remember which button is for which function on which device - so we go back to having multiple remotes on the coffee table.
