Elecraft sells one - it's called the "KUSB". The current model use the
FTDI chipset. There are many (cheaper) alternatives out there that
also use the FTDI chipset, which generally "just works" -
http://www.usbgear.com/USB-Serial.html may be a good source (I've
never used them myself).
