Canada and the US CB channels are the same, Canada calls CB the "General Radio Service." A former CB technician told me several years ago that there was a very simple modification to a synthesized radio ... something like clipping out a diode or similar ... that would shift the frequencies up by 1 MHz. If that's the case, 28.085 MHz would be CB/GRS Channel 11. I suppose one might need to tweak the RF stages some, or maybe not.
