Hi Eric, I make one out of clear polycarbonate sheet. I only expose the BNC connectors though, but provide a sliding top to access the switches.
It is part of a line of enclosures for what I call the "Test Bench" line of mini-modules i.e. AT1, NGen, XG2 etc. With suggestions from Don Wilhelm, W3FPR, we created this line of enclosures so that they could be stacked on top of each other to create less of a foot print on the bench when not in use. I externalized any connectors I could for each module and provide a sliding top for access to the other controls. It is held in place by magnetic strip and gives a nice tactile feel when closed. I apologize for not having them on my website yet - I simply have not had time to update the site. Everyone must have received mini-modules or keys that required enclosures for Christmas :-). So I have been plenty busy of late. Please contact me off list if you would like pictures of what they look like or if you have any other questions. 73, Dave W8FGU On 2/9/2012 2:50 AM, erehm wrote: > Has anyone crafted a case for the AT1 Step Attenuator? > > (and how /do/ you make nice small rectangular holes for switches....) > > /eric > kj7ae > > -- > View this message in context: > http://elecraft.365791.n2.nabble.com/AT1-Step-Attenuator-Case-tp7268493p7268493.html > Sent from the Elecraft mailing list archive at Nabble.com. > ______________________________________________________________ > Elecraft mailing list > Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft > Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm > Post: mailto:[email protected] > > This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net > Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html > ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[email protected] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
