Per ARRL, "delegates attending the 2012 World Radiocommunication Conference
(WRC-12) have approved a new 7-kilohertz-wide secondary allocation between
472-479 kHz for the Amateur Radio Service."

Implementation won't occur until allocations are made in each country, so
it's unlikely this won't be seen anywhere until 2013.

Antenna issues aside, which may be formidable at those frequencies, what can
be done to enable the K3 to cover this new band?
