I had fun making my own. I founbd a base, clip and electret element at Radio Shack. A piece of copper tube or plastic tub for a mic handle, and some cable and plug to the radio and I had a nice desk mic. Drill the base for a pushbutton, and some speaker wire to the PTT plug on the back of hte radio. Works well, and cheap.
