Your calculations appear to be based on using AFSK A - REV (USB) with a Pitch setting of 2125 Hz. The probability of error is very high using such a difficult choice. Use DATA A instead; it's much simpler. I can see no reason to use AFSK A (normal or reverse) in this situation unless you really enjoy making life difficult for yourself.
In DATA A, set the dial to the same setting you would use for SSB (1.5 kHz below the channel centre) and use 1500 Hz audio. If you were doing PSK31 with CW paddles and no computer, you would use PSK D, and in that case you would tune the dial to the channel centre, the same as in CW.
