Hi Don, Before you go to external spkr, try a speaker deflector on the top of the K2. A 2" PVC street elbow (female to female) works very well, especially for cw side tone. It makes a big difference to have the sound directed at your head rather than straight up in the air. If you like how it works, you can spray it gray for a closer color match. 73, Mike/ac5p
