It looks a lot worse than what it really is. Originally the problem was bad, and I had to get the ACMA (Aussie FCC) to sort the guy next door out and get him to fit suppression etc fitted to his setup, which was in a newly built house. The manufacturer came in with a modified changeover unit, which improved things 95%. Even though his solar inverter had a CE stcker, if it causes interference the CE does not make it immune from action. The ACMA fully tested the outcome, and the residual interference you see on the screen is not enough to bother me.
