I put together my KPA500 this afternoon/evening. It went together fine with no issues, except a couple of problems I caused. Over torqued one of the accessory jack nuts and broke it, but luckily, I had a spare. I also almost dinged the transformer by forgetting to remove the side panel. Stopped short of causing any problems though. Almost 600 watts out on all bands with 28-29 watts drive. It's a fabulous amp and it was relatively fun to do the build. And I did finally find the serial number.
