Hello Pierre, No idea what's inside the KX3 but it's probably a multi-layer PCB. If you look very carefully at the edge of the board you can probably count the layers. Sometimes it helps if you moisten the edge...it makes it easier to see the layers. When I say moisten, that doesn't mean get it wet. Just dip you finger in water, shake off the excess, and rub your finger along the edge.
