Joe, The KX3 assembly manual is not out yet, and they are refining the hardware assembly steps. The kit has no discreet components - unless you can classify a speaker assembly as a discreet component. There are 2 main boards in the KX3 and each option is an additional board. Construction should not take too long - assemble the enclosure and mount the boards - everything plugs together - no soldering required.
