Byron, No, you cannot get a probe to TP3 with the KDSP2 in place. However, unless you have identified a problem that has occurred since the last time you checked the PLL Reference range, it is not likely to change. I would say skip it - but if you find other PLL "strangeness", then remove the KDSP2 to check it.
