I would like to thank everyone for their input and I have found pressing "copy files from Elecraft" did the trick (thanks Dick K6KR for the info) My problem was I had just updated my P3 and it does not have this button in the P3 Utility. You are just give the option of "Check version now" push button and all worked well doing that so I just tried the same in the K3 Utility. Thanks again for all your input. Mike VE3WDM
