I'm with Gary, no beeps please, I wear hearing aids and am sensitive to many of the things Gary described. They accent some of that stuff which is aggravating. In evening ragchews on 75 we use "over" for situations where we have hard of hearing situations in the QSO's. Had a funny one about a month ago. I turned it over to one of the old timers and he didnt respond so we figured he went QRT. Later he checked back in and said he dozed off. :-)
