I can't give you an answer to that but you probably want to stay away from THR=20 because at that level the SLP acts like SLP=15. Here are some plots that I made showing the interaction between THR and SLP. http://www.ke7x.com/home/miscellaneous-k3-information/agc-4-51 I think what you will find is that the optimum settings for THR and SLP like those for the NR and NB, depend on conditions at the time and what you are trying to do.
