I use my K3/100 mostly for CW and a bit of SSB. I've done some digi as well a couple of times and may eventually do more.
I was wondering about the utility of an FM filter. I realize it can be useful for SWL AM and I have the general coverage filters to do so. I'm completely unfamiliar with HF FM however. I live in Northern Baltimore County in MD and wonder if there is any FM activity on 6m or 10m. I'm assuming that FM isn't a DX mode. If there isn't any ham utility I wouldn't get it just for BC reception since I don't do that very often and find the SSB filters are adequate for that. 73 jim ab3cv FM19pq ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[email protected] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
