Has anyone located a source for a quality 3.5mm 4 conductor (TRRS) plug which will work in the Mic/PTT jack of the KX3? I located one by Calrad, but it appears not to be very sturdy despite being made of metal (the plug part came apart from the head-appearing to be pressure fit only).
