I agree Joe -- I just setup N1MM for the first time with my K3. When I clicked on a spot I sure wished I had a KAT500 (I used a balanced Palstar). Not this contest.
But I might give the KX3 a test just to see how it works in a contest. If so, no spotting and QRP.
