To ALL; Just wanted to add; -All Manufactures of Amateur Radio products are subject to 'cmos-EMP' damage. -This is a not Elecraft, Tentec, or Flex radio issue only. -We may hear more about the American Manufactured products with EMP hits, simply because of their outstanding customer service that is part of the 'American Culture'. -The 'non-American' made Amateur Radio products are also subject to the same EMP issues. -We may not hear, as much, about the non-American Manufactured products with EMP hits, simply because of their customer service that is not part of the 'American Culture'.
