I too have seen this exception error with the latest version of K3- EZ. And I too chose to ignore it but it came up repeatedly in the program. The clincher for me however was that there are no re-size or scroll bars available in any screen in the software, which on a small screened netbook are mandatory.
I used it with an Intel Atom powered Acer Aspire One netbook with a 1.8GHz Dual Core processor and 2GB of RAM.
