I believe the Noise Blanker is still under development at this time. It can be turned on/off, but not adjusted. I believe it was mentioned in one of the older manual erratas, but was dropped from the latest one. I also did not see it mentioned in the firmware release notes, but I do recall that it is a work in progress.
