Jorge, What happens if you plug computer speakers into the Line Out jack? If you have sound from those speakers, you can conclude that the K3 is OK and examine your recording setup and cables carefully. Line Out is on the left channel (tip) from the Main RX - the ring (right channel) is audio from the subRX.
Do you have the plug inserted all the way?
