David My experience until the last week or so is that sales has usually responded pretty quickly with confirmation and an invoice to confirm the details. However they are suffering post Dayton I expect; in my case I changed my KX3 order from a kit to factory build last week and have had no confirmation or revised invoice as yet. I'm trying to be patient, not easy :-)
