Check for excessive volt drop between your power supply and the K3 APP input.
Try a heavier shorter custom DC line via a new APP plug with a good power supply set at 15v. A 30amp good quality comms grade switch mode on your P3 etc. can keep it close. Try a different known good power supply also, if problem persists.
