I recently had the opportunity to call upon [email protected]. I was 
assisted by Dale and the problem was very quickly resolved. In very short 
order, the replacement module was received by USPS Priority Mail and my beloved 
K3 was back on the air.

        I have over the years owned 3 elecraft radios, a couple of K2s (one in 
the shack now) and of course the K3. In the early years Gary Surrency was 
always the contact and a real pleasure to work with. And now I have had the 
pleasure of working with Dale.

        Typical of Elecraft, the office crew, and support crew, always have the 
customer first and I for one appreciate it. Thanks guys. Excellent support for 
really great gear.
