Bill (N2BC) I am not sure how far I need to go back, the issue for me is that I have 2m and 70cm tranverters that were working fine, but I added an internal 2m module internally last week and upgraded the firmware. Net result is the K3 hangs at startup if an external transverter (70cm) is plugged into the aux bus.
I will hold off on your offer and contact you when I work out what I need to go back to, I have lot of other things on the aux interface at the back of the K3 and will try to make a simple cable up in order to eliminate external hardware influences.
