Gregg, The capacitors are not the problem - never were, that was a premature conclusion (the cap change seemed to work at first). The real problem is that the manufacturer changed the 1.6 ohm 2 watt resistors to an inductive design and did not notify Elecraft.
Give Scott a call or email [EMAIL PROTECTED] to request 2 replacement resistors.
