Hi, Melin: Make sure you do NOT have either RIT or XIT enabled! That will cause exactly the symptom you are experiencing .
Since the same BFO and Local Oscillator is used for both transmit and receive, those frequencies will be identical. The only thing that a misalignment in CAL FIL should cause is a shift in the apparent bandpass, not a shift in frequency. Since FL1 is *always* used for transmit, if you select FL1 for receive too nothing at all should change between transmit and receive - not even a shift in bandpass.
