Hi, I highly recommend this dummy load. I have 3 of them and I routinely expose them to 100+ watts for short periods. My IC-7200 typically puts out 120W on a 14V supply. I do not think these dummy loads are "touchy" at all. They are probably mostly thermally limited although it's likely that something will fuse if really high power is applied. 100+ watts, no problem IMHO.
