I would also cast a vote for an additional feature under the OPTIONS on the KX3 
TERMINAL, to be able to set up to 1000 ms of delay between when the KX3 is put 
into 
TRANSMIT mode, and the actual CW message starts. That would be a very handy 
option 
when the KX3 is used with an amplifier.

Aside from using the TERMINAL feature of the KX3 Utility as an emergency CW 
tool, I 
also am building an isloated DTR interface to the KX3 KEY jack, so I will be 
able to 
use programs that automatically send CW from the computer. GL and VY 73, Lance
