I use VOX with computer digital modes (primarily PSK). I have thought of hooking up PTT, but the only problem I have with VOX is remembering to turn it off when I switch to SSB or FM. With no serious problems with VOX, implementing PTT barely reaches the bottom of my long list of projects.
